Located 35 minutes away from Lisbon and the airport, the development is uniquely located in an area that is at once highly accessible and incredibly isolated.

Perfectly integrated in the surrounding nature, and following environmental best practices, the development offers a diversity of program that caters to a wide target audience with international reach, levered on Lisbon’s appeal, on easy accessibility by air and on the attraction of international hospitality brands.

Anchored on the two golf courses, already in operation, the program includes a world class sports centre facility and a high end business hotel with conference facilities. Taking advantage of the existing lagoon the program also includes a hotel designed as a family resort.

The development plan, developed in association with Machado Costa Arquitectos, is structured in four independent areas with distinct concepts, which can be implemented simultaneously or autonomously.

Three of these four areas already have built infrastructures in place, one of them with two golf courses already operating and hotel architectural project approved.
